1. Place your order and label your items
Build your order online and keep the reference shown after successful payment. Make a simple inventory of the tapes, photos or discs you are sending. Label cases or sleeves with removable labels, avoiding tape reels and disc surfaces. If a particular order matters, number the cases or groups and include a note.
2. Use a sturdy box and protective cases
Keep tapes and discs in their cases where possible. Use a strong cardboard box with padding so items cannot move around. Protect photos from bending with sleeves and rigid backing; avoid attaching sticky tape directly to originals. Add an inner protective bag against moisture, without sealing damp or mouldy items inside. Ask our team before sending damaged or mouldy media.
3. Include the information we need
Put your order reference, name and a list of the contents inside the box. Include any agreed instructions. Do not send card details or passwords. Keep a photograph of your packed contents and retain your proof of postage and tracking information. Choose a carrier service whose cover and terms suit your items.
