Home-video DVDs, miniDVDs and CDs
We offer transfers from home-video DVDs and miniDVDs, audio CDs and data CDs or DVDs. Choose the correct type in the basket because video, audio and data discs hold different kinds of files. This service is for personal recordings and files you have permission to copy. We do not promise to bypass copy protection on commercial films or other protected media.
Memory cards and floppy disks
Memory cards and floppy disks are also listed in the order form. For unusual card types, damaged media, encrypted files or files from very old software, contact our team first. A file transfer does not guarantee that an old document or program will run on a current device. This is not a specialist forensic data-recovery service.
Price and your digital copies
Each disc, card or disk costs £10, with category bulk discounts applied automatically. Five items in this category cost £45. Digital downloads are included; USB copies cost £6 per order and an optional disc copy set costs £3. Ask us about your intended playback device or file use before ordering if compatibility is important.
Packaging, delivery and turnaround
Use individual disc cases or protective sleeves; avoid adhesive labels on readable surfaces. Pack cards and disks so they cannot bend or move around, and include your order reference. UK return postage is £5.95 per order and you pay for sending the originals separately. Free drop-off and collection are available by appointment in Sheffield S10. Typical orders take 3–5 working days after receipt, excluding shipping and any cancellation-period wait.
